US domestic Shipping ONLY

Our orders ship via USPS within the United States. We do not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. We are currently not offering services to U.S. Territories and International countries.

We start processing shipment after we process your payment.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax when shipping address is in the United States. Tax rate is based on zip code.


Returns

Incorrect Merchandise

If the merchandise delivered to you is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately. Please include your order number. After the review of your request, we will e-mail you a USPS return label to return incorrect merchandise.

  1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).

  2. You may not return your merchandise without our approval.

Upon receiving incorrect merchandise, we will ship the correct merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

If the merchandise delivered to you is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged merchandise. After the review of your report, we will REFUND you the amount of defective or damaged merchandise back to your credit card or other methods of payment.

  1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).

  2. Please return detective or damaged merchandise.

Refunding Merchadise

  1. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.

  2. Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.

  3. Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

  4. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer returning the merchandise.

  5. Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 15% restocking fee.

  6. We do not refund shipping cost.
